The talks I've given at all-company conferences have triggered immediate movements inside organisations. With people organising themselves immediately.

For years I've been helping organisations evolve. I see this work as an extension of the broad philosophy I've described in my books and talks (topics: technology, governance, education) and love seeing the impact it has. I've seen companies shift, and start seeing themselves as communities. After a talk I gave, a CEO of a huge multinational once got on stage and immediately decentralised a load of decisions. I've given talks to to 100s of organisations, consulted whole companies to evolve their ways of working for the 21st century and helped CEOs manage both personal and organisational difficulties. This work feels like it's about more than just work. I'm happy to share that with you.

Speaking

From the stages of TEDx conferences, to to all company conferences, to debates at famous philosophy festivals, I've found it amazing the momentum that can come from giving a talk. I've been lucky enough to give talks to over 100 organisations and it still startles me the immediate impact it can have. It takes ideas that are big enough to inspire, and then broken down small enough that they can be put into action to ideally start a chain reaction of positive implications. Consulting

Creating change in an organisation can feel hard. In my experience that's because of two broad factors. 1/ Our biases prevent us from seeing radically better alternatives that are right in front of us, in our 'organisational blind spots' ; 2/ Our misunderstanding of how change happens prevents us from unleashing the grassroots momentum that is so effective and engaging. I call this 'Organisational Activism'. I work with friends to help organisations create the kind of momentum that keeps things evolving long term.

CEO Mentoring

Leaders have a huge impact on organisations. Their performance but also their wellbeing have many implications and that's why they need support, compassion, and sometimes a bit of advice. I combine coaching and advisory work to help leaders to take control. First, of their own habits. Then the habits that make up their organisation. The result is a happier human (and family?), as well as an organisation that can now benefit on both a human and commercial level.
